Merging MEMMINGER-IRO and PROTECHNA

We would like to inform you today that MEMMINGER-IRO GmbH and PROTECHNA HERBST GmbH & Co. KG have decided to join forces and merge to form a single company with effect from 1 July 2026.

The company’s head office is in 72280 Dornstetten/Germany.

This strategic move strengthens our market position, streamlines processes and enables us to offer you an even more consistent service, as well as an expanded range of products and services.

The products of the company PROTECHNA Herbst GmbH & Co. KG will in future be incorporated into the product portfolio of MEMMINGER-IRO GmbH and offered under the PROTECHNA/Loepfe product line. 

By pooling our expertise, we aim to offer you more efficient processes, shorter response times and expanded solutions.
